rattoria Anna Maria was born in 1985 and since then it has always been a point of reference for traditional bolognese cookery.
My farm is consisting of a higly qualified staff and the bolognese cookery is the most renowned and appreciated in the world.
The first course as tagliatelle, tortelloni, tortellini, lasagne, passatelli, together with the second course of meat as guinea fowl, duck, rabbit, knuckle of porke, liver with onions are cooked in the full respect of the bolognese tradition. Naturally, at last, you can taste our desserts. All that is accompained by selected italian and regional wines.
